"Cable", his sister, Mini-Cars, and his brother BuggyBumpers, are the offspring of CH Topsfield Andromeda of Vision and CH Topsfield Bumper Cars, CD, ROM. They were whelped 12/12/04.

Below left, CH Topsfield-Cloverhill Buggy Bumpers, ROM is pictured at 9 months of age, with Sue Frischmann handling. He was owned for a time by Claire "Kitty" Steidel and Sukey Shor.

He was specialed on the west coast by Mike Stone and then returned to Judy Tuck and Cloverhill Bassets. In his first weekend out as a special, Buggy became a Group Winner. He won the breed at Westminster and was Best in Maturity at the 2007 BHCA National Specialty.
